1. What AllOfUs is

AllOfUs is a private space for one family: shared to-dos, rituals, meals, moments, posts, and more. By creating an account or joining a family, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account and your family

• Adults sign in with their own Apple, Google, or email account. One account belongs to one person.
• Children join only through a parent or guardian: an adult in the family adds them, sets their passcode, and consents to their participation. Kids never sign up on their own.
• The family admin manages who is in the family and what each member can see and do.

3. Your content and our rules

Everything your family adds, like posts, photos, videos, lists, and notes, belongs to your family. It is visible only inside your family space, never to other families or the public. Private notes are visible only to the member who wrote them.

AllOfUs is a space you share with your kids, so there is zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or bullying, and don't use AllOfUs to threaten or harm anyone. Anyone in the family can report a post or comment, and anyone can block a member so they no longer see that person's posts. Family admins can remove content and members. When a report reaches us at hello@getallofus.com, we review it within 24 hours and may remove the content and the account that posted it.

4. Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time in the app: Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your sign-in and removes you from the family. If you are the only parent or partner with an account in your family (the Admin or Adult role), the family space and its content are deleted with you. Deletion cannot be undone.

5. AllOfUs Plus subscriptions

AllOfUs is free for your whole family, however many of you there are. The free plan holds up to 5 of each planning item, such as open to-dos, rituals, rewards and planned meals each week. AllOfUs Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes those limits for the whole family, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple Account if you buy on iPhone, or through Google Play if you buy on Android. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Bought on iPhone:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Prices are always shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

On iPhone, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of AllOfUs.

Bought on Android:

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Google Play: Play Store, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
• Prices are always shown before you buy. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

6. Our promises and limits

We work hard to keep AllOfUs reliable and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

7. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
